Part A

It all started yesterday morning.  My ___________  felt really bad so I couldn’t eat breakfast.  I decided to go back to bed but the feeling just got worse and worse.  Around 10:00 my stomach felt so __________!  I ran to the bathroom and ___________ in the toilet.  My mom came to check on me.  She put her hand on my forehead. “You must have a fever!
