Clerk: May I take your order?

Tony: Yes, I would like to order the Deluxe hamburger please.

Clerk: Okay, anything else?

Tony: Can I have some extra pickles?

Clerk: Okay. There will be an extra charge for that.  It will be one dollar.

Tony: No problem. And can I also get some mayonnaise on the side?
