Angelo (Hotel Receptionist): Hello sir, how may I help you?

Tony: Yes, I have a reservation for tonight.

Angelo: Okay, may I have your name please?

Tony: Yes, that’s correct.

Tony: Yes, here you are.

Tony: Okay, here you are.

Angelo: Thanks! Would you like to upgrade to a deluxe room for only twenty dollars per night?

Tony: What does the deluxe room include? 

Angelo: The deluxe room includes breakfast, and you can use the gym.

Tony: That sound great! Yes, I’ll upgrade.

Angelo: Okay, can you please sign here?

Tony: Yes, no problem. Thanks a lot.
